∎ Bachelor/ Master's degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting up the Sales and Marketing Plan (vision, mission, objective and strategy) and meeting the planned goals in short and long term.
∎ Setting up a Sales and Marketing team to full-fill the Sales and Marketing tasks and assignments.
∎ Review & monitor team performance along with providing regular constructive feedback to improve performance of individuals and teams in the organization
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them
∎ and understanding their needs to generate sales
∎ Update regularly the images & writeups of the products on its websites and other Social Media platforms.
∎ Make budgets and enable with specific campaigns, pricings, packages and other activities/offers to drive to meet revenue goal.
∎ To get new product ideas based on customer interactions & market findings.
∎ Managing customer relation by coordinating in respect of order, queries, and product information.
∎ Identify areas of improvement in sales strategies and with a view of establishing actionable insights for the improving of sales and business profits
∎ Ensuring Sales Growth by building Sales Strategies to acquire new customers and retaining the existing one.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication in English and Bengali in both written and verbal
∎ Good listening skill
∎ Achievement Orientation
∎ Strong Interpersonal and negotiation skills
∎ Proficiency in MS-Excel. Advanced Excel operations and functions like Filters, Sorting, & Pivot tables, etc
∎ Experienced in E-commerce/ On-line sales and Marketing is a must.
∎ Ability to build strategic and long-term relationships
∎ Candidates should have good presentation and analytical skills
∎ Should have Competency and skills required for Sales.
