Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the combined role of Marketing and Customer Service Representative. If you possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and have a knack for digital marketing, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
∎ - Assist customers in resolving issues and provide product/service information.
∎ - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic.
∎ - Manage social media channels and create engaging content.
∎ - Analyze data to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 50 years
∎ - Proficient in internet browsing and MS Word.
∎ - Experience in customer service or digital marketing is a plus.
∎ - Must have a smartphone and a computer with fast internet for remote connectivity.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ - Starting fixed salary is 10,000 BDT.
- Minimum 1,000 BDT sales commission on every sale, providing an opportunity for additional earnings.
- Monthly internet allowance of 1,000 BDT.
- Yearly tour allowance of 100,000 BDT.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Salaries will be reviewed after a 3-month probation period.
∎ - Up to a 100% increment based on performance and evaluation.
