∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Experience: Previous experience in tele-sales, telemarketing, or customer service. Experience in marketing is an added advantage.
∎ Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
∎ Sales Skills: Strong ability to persuade and close deals over the phone, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
∎ Tech Knowledge: Comfortable with CRM systems, basic MS Office, and digital tools.
∎ Equipment: A personal computer, smartphone, and an official working facility (a dedicated room) at home are required for this job.
∎ Self-Starter: Motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Unipuler is seeking an enthusiastic Tele-Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting products and services, driving sales, and supporting marketing activities. You will handle outbound calls, deliver persuasive pitches, and ensure a positive customer experience.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling and follow-ups.
∎ Sales Pitch: Present and promote products or services effectively, answer queries, and address customer concerns.
∎ Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
∎ Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, social media outreach, and email campaigns to support sales.
∎ Reporting: Track and document sales activities, maintain customer information, and provide regular sales performance reports.
∎ Sales Target: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
