We are hiring for two positions under one combined job post: Supply Communication Executive and Lead Assistant Manager.

The selected candidates will support Unipuler’s “What Do You Want?” campaign by communicating with local providers, suppliers, service businesses, product suppliers, freelancers, and internal departments. The main goal of this role is to help Unipuler build a strong city-based provider and supplier network, onboard suitable businesses, manage daily communication, follow up with leads, and support customer enquiry routing.

The candidates will work closely with the management team to contact suppliers and providers, explain Unipuler’s services, maintain communication records, support onboarding, and help ensure smooth business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with suppliers, providers, business leads, freelancers, and partner businesses professionally.

  • Contact potential suppliers and providers through phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and online platforms.

  • Support the onboarding of suitable providers and suppliers for different cities and categories.

  • Help maintain the target of connecting with suitable suppliers/providers in each city.

  • Follow up with new leads, enquiries, interested businesses, and existing contacts.

  • Explain Unipuler’s campaign, marketplace, marketing support, business support, and provider/supplier benefits.

  • Maintain supplier, provider, and lead records in CRM or internal systems.

  • Create and update follow-up notes, communication records, and daily activity reports.

  • Assist with daily email campaigns, outreach messages, and supplier communication.

  • Help identify supplier/provider requirements and forward them to the correct internal department.

  • Create internal tasks for marketing, recruitment, technology, admin, finance, documentation, or support teams when needed.

  • Follow up with internal teams until assigned tasks are completed.

  • Update suppliers and providers about progress, pending matters, and next steps.

  • Escalate complex issues, complaints, or important business matters to the manager.

  • Support customer enquiry routing by helping connect suitable local providers or suppliers with customer requirements.

  • Monitor supplier/provider response quality and report updates to management.

  • Assist the management team with business development, relationship management, and operational coordination.

  • Support marketing and promotional activities where required, including provider/supplier campaigns.

  • Create or support social media video content to promote products and services.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all business communication.

  • Perform any other related duties assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of previous experience in a similar sector or related role.

  • Experience in supplier communication, lead management, business development, sales, marketing, customer service, or client relationship management.

  • Good communication skills in English.

  • Confident in speaking with suppliers, providers, clients, and business contacts.

  • Basic computer, internet, email, and social media knowledge.

  • Ability to use CRM, spreadsheets, online forms, messaging apps, and business communication tools.

  • Good follow-up, organisation, and reporting skills.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Professional, responsible, and target-focused working attitude.
