Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Marketing and Communication Specialist's responsibilities include generating unique sales and communication plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and Communication objectives.
∎ Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
∎ Conducting market research on rival products.
∎ Designing and implementing marketing plans for company services.
∎ Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
∎ Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
∎ Answering client queries about service specifications and uses
∎ Maintaining client relationship.
∎ Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales goal.
∎ Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Excellent skills in Communication
∎ Good Presentation skills
∎ Good writing skills in English and Bangla
