Job Context:
∎ Flexible. You will be aiming to work 8/hrs. day, 6 days a week. (Saturday - Thursday).
∎ Flexible login time with morning and afternoon meetings that you can attend online.
∎ Work location: Entirely remote.
∎ You should already have a favorable workspace, a computer and internet. This will not be provided for you at this moment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops and expands a portfolio of clients by networking and marketing.
∎ Generates IT sales and business; develops relationships with new clients; makes sales presentations; maintains advanced knowledge of products and services and establishes and meets sales goals.
∎ Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients and answering their questions and concerns.
∎ Understand the client's pain points and offer solutions from the company's product line and services. Offer improvements to the team for better product development.
∎ Responsible for the content creation, coordination, reporting and performance analysis of digital marketing and social media efforts.
∎ Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media; increase company and brand awareness.
∎ Provide creative ideas for content marketing and collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
∎ Write engaging and interesting blog posts for our corporate website and client websites.
∎ Solicit for new business via email, telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
∎ Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.
∎ Maintain a professional attitude, with sincerity and enthusiasm, when dealing with clients.
∎ Works independently and/or cooperatively with others as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). All of our clients are offshore; you should be able to clearly communicate with them.
∎ 3 years of marketing/sales/communications experience (Experience in working with offshore team is preferred)
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
∎ Have strong problem solving skill, multi-tasking ability and attention to details.
∎ Skills and experience in creative content writing in English.
∎ Must be flexible and able to adjust to the changing demands of our environment.
∎ Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
∎ Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
∎ Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
∎ Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
