Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable reports and presentations
∎ Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
∎ Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
∎ Key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct
∎ Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
∎ Have to perform any other tasks time to time assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have 5 to 7 year(s) proven market research experience in the fields of Sweet, Bakery & Pastry Items.
∎ Excellent time –management skills
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking
∎ Ability to remain calm & focused in a fast –paced environment
∎ 6 to 10 years’ experience on production
∎ Project Management
∎ Strategic Planning
∎ Technical Management
∎ Contract Negotiations.
