Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our team and help our online school grow by understanding market trends, competitive landscape, and student needs. The ideal candidate will analyze education trends, conduct competitive analysis, and generate actionable insights to support business development, marketing strategies, and student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on online learning, to understand trends, new technologies, and student demands.

  • Analyze competitor schools, programs, pricing, and marketing strategies to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.

  • Gather and interpret data on students, educators, and other stakeholders.

  • Competitive Analysis:

  • Perform side-by-side comparisons of competitors offering similar programs.

  • Develop and present reports on the strengths and weaknesses of competitor offerings, along with recommendations.

  • Customer Insights:

  • Survey current and prospective students to understand their learning needs, preferences, and motivations.

  • Analyze student feedback and enrollment trends to improve program offerings.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data related to school performance, student behavior, and market trends.

  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to provide actionable insights for marketing, product development, and executive decision-making.

  • Support Business Strategy:

  • Provide recommendations to enhance student acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.

  • Work with teams to develop campaigns based on market insights.
