Educational Requirements:
∎ Agriculture graduate from a recognized university/institution with 3 years working experiences in the relevant field
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Clear understanding the issues of project has to work on.
∎ Knowledge on current development and emergence issues.
∎ Good facilitation skill of Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs.
∎ Good communication and networking skill.
∎ Decision making and problem solving skills. Good report writing and documentation ability.
∎ Good conceptual and practical skill to write project concept paper and design documents of the project.
∎ Baseline survey, Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools.
∎ Good proficiency in English & Bengali, both written and verbal.
∎ Good time management skills. Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
∎ Communicate Market Opportunity and link suppliers with buyers
∎ Effective capacity building of community development groups, producer groups and facilitators Sustaining working relationship with internal/external stakeholders
∎ 80% field visit in the working area is expected
∎ Must have valid motor bike license and should willing to ride motorbike to visit the assigned work area.
Salary: Tk. 37210 (Monthly)
