∎ Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Bangladeshi nationality, aged 25-40, in good health.
∎ At least 5-6 years marketing experience in the animal health industry or foreign companies experience is preferred
∎ Good English communication skills and proficient in using office software.
∎ Good communication and coordination skills, as well as teamwork spirit.
∎ Strong professional technical skills and market development capabilities.
∎ Passionate about the livestock and veterinary industry, willing to work in Bangladesh for a long time.
∎ Good career development space and training opportunities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the market technology promotion and sales of the company's poultry products in Bangladesh.
∎ Provide professional technical services to customers, including product usage guidance, disease diagnosis, and prevention and control plan development.
∎ Collect market information and customer feedback, and develop market strategies.
∎ Maintain and expand customer base, and increase market share.
∎ Achieve the sales targets set by the company.
∎ Yantai Jinhai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd was established in 1998 ( Yantai city, Shandong province, CHINA) and is a national high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of animal health products (acidifiers, bacteriophage preparations, probiotics, traditional Chinese herbals).
∎ After passing the new GMP inspection, we now have a GMP standard factory area of 16000 square meters.

∎ The specific income is: basic salary + performance salary + sales commission + target reward. The specific salary is negotiable. Sales commission: paid monthly, depending on sales performance, details negotiable. Target reward: Annual paid (paid twice in one year) based on the achievement of the target, details negotiable. Travel expenses: provide travel expenses for work, details negotiable in person.
