Educational Requirements:
∎ Commerce or social science graduates preferably with an MBA or masters in Marketing/ accounting/ economics or other relevant subjects from a recognized university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The incumbent will report to the Team Leader
∎ Duration: 10 months starting from August 2019 with possibility of extension

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of personal plan followed by detail implementation plan of project activities
∎ Building and maintaining networks with the market and other stakeholders
∎ Developing strategy and implement market communication
∎ Design and organize market promotion events in Dhaka
∎ Establish and maintain liaison with potential buyers of RTC fish products such as restaurants, chefs, caterers etc.
∎ Achieve the target of order, based on 100% utilization of production capacity.
∎ Create a brand image of the Company's RTC line-ups.
∎ Track and documentation the progress of project activities and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience in marketing and/ or business development positions with reputed national/ international companies.
∎ Experiences in food business environment with particular expertise in frozen food marketing will get preference.
∎ Good command over both oral and written English
∎ Communicate ideas effectively, and report clearly and concisely.
∎ Smart, energetic and target oriented with effective conversation and communication skills
∎ Work in a team effectively and under pressure for timely outputs against set work plan
