Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Surprise inventory counting, valuation & reconciliation in various distributor points & depots and identify fictitious sales at the distribution point.
∎ Cycle count of market return and finalize accepted market return within policy at distribution house.
∎ Collect market data as and when required from management.
∎ Audit on product stacking norms, handling norms, storage norms, etc. at distribution house.
∎ Retailer audit on market return, POSM distribution, gift distribution, consumer offer.
∎ Promotional items audit at the distribution point.
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of various retail and consumer programs and their implementation.
∎ Find out Market GAP, Uncovered outlet, Retailers, and Customer feedback about products & services. Identify fake outlet creation in software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Candidates having a minimum of 2-3 years of FMCG Sales experience in any reputed organization will get preference.
∎ Knowledge of FMCG markets, Geography, & Food Products
Salary: Negotiable
