Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure correction, rectification and modification of the production pattern for size set;
∎ Ensure initial and final bulk production as per factory requirements;
∎ Ensure garments production, consumption, pattern and grading as required;
∎ Prepare 100% accurate markers and ensure optimum efficiency of CAD for reducing cost;
∎ Ensure quality of the product and all technical issues fully comply with the buyer requirements;
∎ Review and understand buyer comments about Pattern & production and take necessary corrective steps as per buyer requirement;
∎ Provide technical advice and support to customer's, factories, and production team members;
∎ Communicate with factory production staffs regarding pattern related issue;
∎ Attend meeting with the buyer or management as required;
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management as when as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ Must have working experience with software GTR/Lectra;
∎ Appropriate knowledge and skills on garments finishing jobs;
∎ Relevant knowledge and skills on garments manufacturing;
∎ Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
∎ Computer literacy (Oracle/ERP environment);
∎ Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing and speaking).
