Educational Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Cement Industry, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
∎ Reporting to the board, providing market insights and strategic advice.
∎ Developing and implementing business plans in a cost effective manner.
∎ Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
∎ Overseeing the company's business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures.
∎ Supervising, guiding, and delegating executives in their duties.
∎ Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.
∎ Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations.
∎ Building and enhancing the company's public profile at events, speaking engagements, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive experience as a managing director or in a similar role.
∎ Must have at least 8 to 10 years of experience as senior management role in Cement industry (Govt. or Private sectors)
∎ Understanding the intricacies of financial management and management.
∎ Ability to maintain working relationships with all Regulatory Bodies / Authorities, project stakeholders, including government, civil society, and private sector partners, and effectively building partnerships among them.
∎ Dependable trustworthiness & integrity as to financial transactions and disseminating information.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Able to excel in high-pressure situations.
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
