Educational Requirements:
∎ Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with total experience of over 25 years.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, coordinate and/or supervision of all the activities of conveyor belt, clinker plant and cement plant construction, erection and commissioning.
∎ Monitoring and Controlling of project schedule to meet deadlines.
∎ Troubleshooting and identifying issues and resolutions that may affect the time line and budget.
∎ Monitor works of EPC contractors and report to the management
∎ Monitor the progress on site, coordinate with contractors, consultant and project team
∎ Monitor and coordinate for all project procurements
∎ Monitor the engineering works and provide valuable suggestions during the design stage
∎ Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control programs.
∎ Coordinate with Operation the handover, training and documentations.
∎ Lead the Operational Team during O&M phase.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 10 years’ specific experience (develop, interpret, design, drawings and construction) on projects related to cement industry like LBC, Clinker and Cement Plant Construction.
∎ Experience in planning and implementation of large size project of over USD 500 millions
∎ Experience in handling multiple projects as project manager or project director
∎ Ability to maintain working relationships with all Regulatory Bodies / Authorities, project stakeholders, including government, civil society, and private sector partners, and effectively building partnerships among them.
∎ Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards and other project-related activities, their interfaces and interdependencies.
∎ General knowledge of 3D modeling/Tekla system, MS Project / Primavera.
∎ Financial management, budget design, and budget management experience.
∎ Demonstrated success in motivating, supervising and providing capacity development opportunities to diverse teams of employees.
∎ Demonstrated leadership experience and working with others.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
