Additional Requirements:

• Age 40 to 55 years

• Having 5(five) years experience at Senior Management level.

• Having at least 02(two) years of experience as MD/CEO/COO in a reputed Capital Market intermediary with proven track record will be added advantage.

• Adequate knowledge of BSEC rules and regulations, good track record in Portfolio Management.

• Experience requirements may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization’s operational and fiscal function and performance.

• Sound knowledge of the capital market and stock market

• Lead the company in line with the vision outlined by the Board of Directors

• Supervising the affairs of the company to ensure its growth and sustainability.

• Represent the company as required, including liaison with regulatory and trade bodies, attendance at important functions, industry events and public meetings.

• Ensuring/supervising reporting and correspondences with all regulatory bodies.

• Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company’s plans and programs.

• Analyze and make recommendations on the impact of long-range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.

• Conversant with investment research analysis, portfolio management, fund management process and strategy.

• Create, improve, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve operational and financial effectiveness of the company.

• Improve the planning and budgeting process on a continual basis by educating departments and key members of corporate leadership.

• Well conversant with BSEC, CDBL, DSE, CSE and Bangladesh Bank’s rules & regulations.
