Age: 40 to 50 year(s);
Minimum 20–25 years of senior management experience in electric vehicles (EVs), automotive manufacturing or related industrial sectors;
Proven leadership experience in top-level management roles, preferably within Japanese companies or Japan-led joint ventures;
Strong expertise in EVs technology, export & import, manufacturing/assembly processes, R&D, and international business operations;
In-depth understanding of Japanese corporate governance, management practices, and organizational culture;
Japanese Language Proficiency (N1/N2 Certification required).
Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with Bangladeshi and foreign clients to ensure Joint Venture collaboration and provide market overview for the sectors of electric vehicles (EVs);
Lead and supervise electric vehicles (EVs) export & import, assembly, manufacturing, installing, R&D, and distribution operations in Bangladesh;
Coordination directly in Bangladesh operations of electric vehicles (EVs) including business expansion initiatives, factory setup, technology transfer, quality assurance with Japanese technical and management standards;
Monitor the comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement of the goal of the company by cost-effective planning and execution of activities.
