Responsibilities & Context:
Articulate and implement of effective sales & marketing strategies as well as activities to enhance sales volume and ensure timely collection of payment from the customers.
Deploy effective market penetration strategy by analyzing competitor`s sales volume, current market demand & capacity building efforts to escalate market share.
Obtain market information including competitors’ activities from various internal and external channels and keep the company informed.
Supervise & monitor market visit of the team members for existing and potential customers to increase the sales volume.
Develop market policy in consultation with section head through collecting market data about business scenario like competitors sales volume, market coverage etc.
Ensure that the reports are prepared with adequate analysis & observations based on market data (e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.) and submit it to section head on a regular basis.
Manage, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their performance to ensure that monthly offset sales target and KPI target are met.
Increase the prospect of existing products by exploring new markets and other potential avenues.
