Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monthly Shipment plan collects from Marketing & Operation Department for all buyer.
∎ Prepared daily & monthly Cutting plan as per shipment plan.
∎ Prepared daily & monthly Production plan for production floor as per shipment plan.
∎ Arrange daily production meeting.
∎ Provide Daily line plan to all PM & Supervisor’s
∎ Updated daily cutting, sewing & packing report.
∎ Provide daily & monthly to Production Head & all PM.
∎ Provide daily balance report for shipment to cutting Head, Production Head & all PM.
∎ Prepared WIP (work in process) report every week & month & provide cutting, Production.
∎ Prepared Monthly Inventory report.
∎ Confirm UTG Design production by floor inventory with the recommendation of Marketing concern, Sales & Stock.
∎ Prepared daily man working hour report.
∎ Prepared Packing production Value Internal & External.
∎ Prepared Stitching Historical Data, (Set, meter, value)
∎ Analyze full capacity, identify input gaps, and plan similar designs across lines and floors to maximize quality and efficiency.
∎ Must have Lean & IE knowledge for smooth planning operation.
∎ Optimize utilization of resources (machines, manpower, materials).
∎ Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
