- Experienced in Pump & Motors marketing and selling will get preference.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be self-motivated and possess a commendable work ethic.
- Willing to tour anywhere in Bangladesh.
- Ability to understand Company business, the operational environment and its clients.
Responsibilities & Context:
The incumbents are expected to perform the following activities;
Prepare Sales plan and develop strategies to achieve the target.
Study market trend and take initiative to boost the sales.
Formulate the policies like Sales policy, credit policy, incentive policy etc.
Introducing new dealer/agent and maintaining communication to ensure more sales.
Preparing credit policies and monitoring credit recovery on regular basis.
Train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level and keep them motivated.
Supervise the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target set by the management.
Monitoring the competition and analyzing competitors` strategies.
Implement effective marketing and promotional plans.
Taking inquiries and questions, handling complaints and providing solutions to the customers.
Any other tasks as per the requirement of the company.
