∎ M. Sc./ B. Sc. in CSE or relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, designing, implementation and managing of ERP-Oracle System
∎ Establish Plan, Manage Team, Support & ensure Day to Day Activities
∎ Planning and implementing the new business enhancement.
∎ Identifying process improvements for system performance, reliability and stability.
∎ Preparing functional and design specifications.
∎ Ensure ERP-Oracle runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
∎ Create, implement and maintain a continuous improvement plan for software development and IT infrastructure
∎ Coordinates with IT Leadership to establish staffing and project plans for specific system implementation projects
∎ Works the Infrastructure leads to ensure that the information necessary to establish and maintain an efficient, cost-effective infrastructure is in place and that appropriate long-term infrastructure architectures and strategies
∎ Manages and administers vendor maintenance agreements for Oracle ERP components
∎ Obtains regular briefings on vendor directions and development plans.
∎ Uses this information to update Technology Road maps and IT Strategic Plans.
∎ Implements effective monitoring processes and systems are in place to capture performance against SLAs.
∎ Work with Business users to understand business problems and develop technical solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability on Cloud System Management.
∎ Must have working experience in implementing ERP-Oracle in any reputed manufacturing organization
∎ Good Knowledge on ERP-Oracle Data Security
∎ Ability to work independently under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Ability to keep a good spirit in stressful situations.
∎ Candidate should be dynamic, result-oriented.
