Job Context:
∎ Ensure full HR Operations in the factory according to the labor Law, BEPZA Act & organizational policy.
∎ Plan, direct, or coordinate human resources activities in the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, Plan & implement the recruitment & selection program according to the company’s policy & procedures.
∎ Provide instruction to Prepare & complete new Employee Personal File, Appointment Letter.
∎ Make correspondence relating to confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer etc.
∎ Ensures that the business always has the quantity and quality of employees required at the right cost as per Budgeted Headcount.
∎ Maintain the performance appraisal process.
∎ Follow up Day to Day HR Operation.
∎ Maintain Industrial Relation.
∎ Follow up training schedule.
∎ Forecasting HR budget
∎ Preparing monthly KPI report for HR Department.
∎ Updating departmental Organogram of CKDL.
∎ Ensure regular floor visit of the assigned area to observe the floor discipline, environment, over all status etc.
∎ Follow-up manpower budget, head count MMR & Employee turnover ratio.
∎ Follow up environment facilities like as salary, leave, grievance, awareness & necessary communication.
∎ Follow–up all Schedule training are conducted. (First Aid, PPE, Best Practices, Organizational COC, Health & safety, Disciplinary Policy & procedure, Grievance Handling procedure, Fire & Safety, Anti-Harassment, Chemical-MSDS, Buyer COC, Environment Protection awareness training.
∎ Developing a positive work environment and good relationship between management & employee.
