Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Power

• Bachelor or Masters in Accounting/Finance from any reputed public or private university.

• Preferred Professional Certification: ICAB/ICMA partly qualified.

• Age At most 35 years

• Candidate must have three (03) to Five (05) years’ experience in any reputed Public Listed Company out of which minimum Two (2) years of experience in similar role and responsibilities in manufacturing company.

• Sound knowledge on IASs and IFRSs, Companies Act, Local VAT & Tax Laws, etc.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication skill and leadership quality is much desired.

• Should have excellent excel reporting skill.

• Strong analytical ability.

• Should have strong skill on Tally software and other ERP.

Right now we are looking for some energetic and result oriented team members for the position of “Manager/ Sr. Manager (Financial Reporting)” who are working in Finance & Accounts Department of any Public Listed Company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare the Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financial Statements for listed company in compliance with IAS, IFRSs and BSEC regulations.

• Deal with external auditors and ensure submission of Audited Financial Statements to Security and Exchange Commission.

• Engage in preparation of ManCom meeting Reports, Cash flow and others MIS report for the management.

• Engage actively in preparation of the short term, mid-term and long term Business Plan and Financial Plan of the Group.

• Engage actively in restructuring the chart of accounts and policies with a view to reduce the company expenses.

• Engage in corporate Tax Planning and will actively engage in the computation of Tax Liabilities of the company, make monthly and annual tax provision in consultation with the Tax consultant.

• Involve in Annual Tax Audit and VAT Audit of the company.

• Any other tasks assigned by management.
