∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Brand Management
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Activation, Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion, Communication/ Public Relation/ Media, Media Planning/ Media Buying
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Real Estate, Super store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
∎ Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
∎ Develop content for dissemination via press releases, social media, websites, and other distribution channels.
∎ Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
∎ Establish and maintain brand budgets.
∎ Build long-term relationships with media influencers.
∎ Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
∎ Appropriately manage the organization's media budget.
∎ Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns.
∎ Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as marketing assistants, marketing managers).
∎ Ensure that key messages align with vital business strategies.
∎ Scan the media marketplace to keep up-to-date on the latest media trends.
∎ Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities.
∎ Promote additional projects to support new product launches.
