• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Hotel, Real Estate, Resort

• Age 25 to 45 years

• 2-5 years in marketing/sales within the hotel ownership and real estate fields.

• Promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate, as well as hotel ownership.

• Proficient in MS Office and basic internet usage.

• High integrity, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

• The candidate should be positive minded, self-motivated, hardworking and ready to work under pressure.

• Must be capable to achieve the respective sales targets.

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers.

• Maintain and develop good relationship with customers.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to their respective superior.

• Record sales and customer information and report to the respective Managing Director.

• Willingness to work beyond general working hours. Any assignment assigned by the superior authority.
