- Managing capability of complex situation and team management skill

Responsibilities & Context: Job Context:
Perform and co-ordinate different HR functions (Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development, compensation and benefits management, Compliance , Administration, Employee relation & Industrial Relation) at factory according to HR Policy and assist Head of HR in formulation and implementing standard HR practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the recruitment operation (starting from requisition receiving to on-boarding the incumbent(s).
- Execute and coordinate performance management system and TNA in a way which will promote the culture of meritocracy and performance based evaluation in all the companies across the group.
- Arrange and coordinate different training programs in line with TNA to strengthen the capacity of human resource.
- Function as the responsible person for factory compensation and benefits management including but not limited to monthly salary calculation and disbursement, final settlement etc.
- Follow up and monitor on organizational, employee relations, communication as well as grievance handling issues of the unit and ensure congenial IR (industrial relations) environment.
- Implement and monitor the compliance policy in coordination with head of central compliance.
- Implement company policy and procedures for Admin and Security .
