Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Marketing) from a reputed public/ private university with a strong academic background.
∎ Candidates with O’ Level and A ‘Level certification will be given priority.
∎ The candidate must have excellent writing and public speaking skills in English.
Job Context:
∎ Haileybury is one of the world’s leading education charities and independent schools in the UK. Haileybury has partnered with the Best Services Ltd (BSL), a sister concern of Best Holdings Ltd (BHL) to open a boys’ secondary level boarding school leading to Cambridge IGCSE and A Level as “Haileybury Bhaluka”. The school is located 40 miles north of Dhaka. Haileybury Bhaluka will be fully operational from July 2022 with a capacity to accommodate 1000 pupils from Grade 6 to 12 (A Level) with on campus boarding houses. We are looking for an experienced Manager, in the Marketing Department to manage the promotion and position Haileybury Bhaluka as superior brand for secondary and higher secondary education option in Bangladesh. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Possess a strong understanding of target markets and developing a compelling communication strategy to reach out to and convert prospects
∎ Be highly adept at building networks within schools, student communities, school heads, senior school counselors, coaching institutions, recruitment agencies and other prospects
∎ Be able to coordinate with other departments to build jointly developed campaigns
∎ Ability to communicate with various high level national and international stakeholders
∎ Outstanding verbal skills in English, written communication and presentation skills.
∎ To conduct school’s various promotional campaigns.
∎ To research and identify new leads.
∎ Having ability to take challenge to achieve the target.
∎ Candidate must be ready to travel anywhere in Bangladesh as per School policy.
∎ Support and be active in educational exhibitions, fairs, and seminars.
∎ Other promotional related duties as deemed necessary.
