Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions for financing operations.
- Prepare and review documentation for loan proposals, renewals, and compliance.
- Prepare and analysecash flow forecasts and variance reports.
- Negotiate favourable terms for loans, credit lines, LCs, LTRs, and TRs.
- Monitor fund utilization, optimize financial costs, and ensure timely bank reconciliations.
- Oversee bank account administration, signatory mandates, and compliance with internal controls and Bangladesh Bank regulations.
- Support management with financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Develop strategies for cost-effective fund management and long-term bank partnerships.
