Additional Requirements:

Practical experience in stores or receiving operations, preferably in a hotel or large organization.
Knowledge of goods receiving procedures, documentation, and vendor coordination.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in checking challans/invoices.
Good communication skills to coordinate between suppliers and the finance team.
Responsibilities & Context:
Receive and verify goods and delivery challan/ Mushak-6.3 from suppliers.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of challan/ Mushak-6.3 as per the required information and purchase order.
Communicate with the finance and procurement teams as well as with the suppliers for any discrepancies or corrections.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting of received materials.
