∎ The candidate shall be entitled for plant management and would have to reside at the plant premises permanently and ensure amiable day to day functions and operation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
∎ Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety regulations
∎ Develop strategies to increase productivity and production of the plant
∎ Oversee all outgoing, incoming inventory and storage operations
∎ Proper documentation of all kinds of product and update the records regularly
∎ Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
∎ All kinds of regulatory works as well as admin work as per necessary basis
∎ Report and track expenses to reduce costs
∎ Share a trusting relationship with work groups and utilize the plant staff effectively
∎ Labor/ Worker management- Should be able to sort issues and must be adequate in solving local/ daily mishaps.
∎ Commit to plant safety by managing the local/govt./non govt. body.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge on land deed and related supportive documents.
∎ Candidate having Training/ Experience on Orchid plantation will be given preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms
∎ In-depth knowledge on Orchid Plant and its place in the market
∎ Strong management skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams
