Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop & Implement detail operation road map based on MDT Trade Marketing Strategy
∎ Drive and Monitor MDT Merchandising
∎ Merchandising FF Salary and Bonus management
∎ Monthly and Quarterly POSM Planning and Production
∎ Develop MDT Outdoor visibility execution plan and implement accordingly upon management approval
∎ Drive MDT SOV
∎ Execution MDT Channel Engagement programs as per the yearly strategy
∎ Develop and execute different FF incentive models to drive FF retention
∎ Develop POSM execution guideline for each POSM disbursed for execution
∎ Merchandising FF Training & Development
∎ Agency Contract Management
∎ Dealing with Budget Approval PR and PO related to MDT operation
∎ Maintain good relation with cross functional team to ensure smooth execution of MDT Trade Marketing activities
∎ Regular report sharing with Regional team
∎ MDT Merchandising activity GAP identification and develop solution accordingly
∎ Monitoring merchandising operation through Biponon and go for necessary system development as per the changing market scenario.
