Additional Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Marketing/Business/Agriculture/related field is required.

  • Specialized certifications or short courses in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, etc.) is preferred.

  • Experience in agribusiness, FMCG, or tech-based product marketing preferred.

  • Proven ability to design and execute integrated campaigns with measurable outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of branding, customer segmentation, and digital channels.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).

  • Data-driven decision-making and performance analysis skills.

  • Excellent communication, content creation, and campaign management abilities.

  • Passion for sustainable agriculture and innovation.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Clarify and refine company objectives to develop and implement an effective brand and marketing strategy, integrating both offline and digital approaches.

  • Design a comprehensive marketing funnel to engage customers at each stage—awareness, interest, conversion, retention and loyalty.

  • Develop and maintain detailed customer profiles, including digital behavior patterns and engagement triggers.

  • Craft and tailor marketing messages and tools (e.g., product brochures, online campaigns, digital ads) to align with diverse target groups.

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including:

    • Website development and content management.

    • Social media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)

    • SEO/SEM, email campaigns, influencer collaborations.

    • Content creation (reels, product videos, farmer stories, tutorials).

    • Analytics tracking and digital performance reporting.

  • Select and optimize marketing channels—both online (digital platforms, e-commerce, online media) and offline (retail outlets, field demos, exhibitions).

  • Establish a structured schedule for campaign implementation, monitoring, and result evaluation.

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and innovation trends.

  • Formulate strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) for all marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product and market development, supply chain) to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience
