Responsibilities & Context: - Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and align offerings accordingly.
- Manage key client accounts and foster strong, long-term relationships.
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective service coordination.
- Prepare/guide commercial proposals, pricing models, and tender documentation.
- Collaborate with technical/pre-sales teams to design client-specific solutions.
- Work closely with the marketing, technical, and finance teams for seamless operations.
- Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
- Contribute to product development and service enhancement through client insights
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and market expansion goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue key accounts in line with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, presales, and product teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Lead and mentor the sales team; provide coaching, performance reviews, and support in field operations.
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
