Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and align offerings accordingly.
  • Manage key client accounts and foster strong, long-term relationships.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective service coordination.
  • Prepare/guide commercial proposals, pricing models, and tender documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical/pre-sales teams to design client-specific solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing, technical, and finance teams for seamless operations.
  • Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Contribute to product development and service enhancement through client insights
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and market expansion goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue key accounts in line with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, presales, and product teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team; provide coaching, performance reviews, and support in field operations.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
