∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate has to prepare the report relating to sales, production etc of the group.
∎ Determine Computer based information and processing needs and schedule to meet the goal
∎ Inform the management time to time about the progress, needs and changing requirements
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, quarterly, monthly report for various business segments.
∎ Analysis of business and provide insights with respect to leading & lagging indicators within business to help for effective decision
∎ Design control systems to minimize production cost and resolve production issues.
∎ Suggest in increasing production, productivity & efficiency.
∎ Time motion study including SMV (Standard Minute Value), ascertaining the non-productive/ idle time and put suggestion to resolve/control that.
∎ Develop management control systems to ensure better production planning & controlling cost at optimum level.
∎ Find out reasons for defects & wastage and put suggestion for its solution.
∎ Study recent affairs to develop new ideas for increasing productivity and technical know-how.
∎ Preparing power point presentation for business review.

∎ The incumbent should have experience as Deputy Manager/Manager-MIS in group of companies
∎ Should have excellent presentation skill through graph /MS power point of Sales, Production report of the group.
∎ Should have strong leadership quality.
∎ Must be self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Fluency in English and computer operation skill especially in MS excel.
∎ Should have skill excellent presentation skill through graph /MS power point
∎ Should have ability to work in Pivot table
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
