Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Managing, Organizing, Planning, Monitoring and evaluating the Food & Beverage Department.
∎ Managing operation of the Food & Beverage departmental coordination.
∎ Must be Proficient in food & beverage menu planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record-keeping, and preparation of reports.
∎ Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food & beverage preparation and service
∎ Must have good working knowledge of own area, market trends and industry changes
∎ Manage shifts which include: daily decision making, scheduling and planning
∎ Follow-up of the management decisions, Reports preparation and submission, training and development.
∎ Supervise and control Food & Beverage personnel, assign duties to them and ensure proper follow up, coordinate with all departments of the organization to ensure guest satisfaction.
∎ Maintain close liaison with all Department to cover all the necessary demand of Food & Beverage for efficient running of outlets.
∎ Develop and implement Food and Beverage promotions, strategies and special events in conjunction with the Park Head and the Sales and Marketing officials,
∎ Analysis of the performance of Food & Beverage Department and scope of improvement.
∎ Make and implement promotional strategy (daily, weekly, monthly) to meet the sales target.
∎ Administration and control of the operation of Food & Beverage Department and exploring possibilities of new avenues of income generation.
∎ Conduct development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career path.
∎ Implement and maintain training systems to ensure that associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.
∎ Liaise with the Executive Chef on menu engineering and pontiff control, ensuring the highest food standard is achieved whilst selling at the correct prices.
∎ Maintain all equipment within the outlets.
∎ Food costing & VAT management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, E-mail etc
∎ Highly experienced in business communication, lnstant matured decision maker.
∎ Should have good managing expertise and professional in handling tuff/crisis situation.
∎ Should have leadership aptitude, Physically and mentally strong.
∎ Willing to extend working time if required, Capable to work under pressure etc
