Responsibilities & Context:
- Improve product quality by monitoring, maintaining buyers' requirements and SOP for all steps in process, also provide and communicate for technical support.
- Maintain quality assurance department operation successfully, provide all kinds of instructions, develop policy & system effectively implement in production floor for achieving best quality product as per buyers' requirement.
- Provide technical assistance to all sections wherever applicable in order to achieve customers' quality standard.
- Take full responsibility for quality assurance through the entire manufacturing process.
- Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expected from finished product.
- Review output against the sample / instruction / requirement.
- Take necessary action / inform the authority if any discrepancies found.
- Finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality team.
- Individually handle all types of Quality Management Audit. Especially ISO 9001.
- Any other task assigned by management.
