∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering (Majored in Yarn Manufacturing) from any reputed local or foreign university with good academic track record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
yarn manufacturing, Yarn Procurement, Yarn Sourcing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procurement of Various Yarn as and when required.
∎ Check & Verify all Yarn related requisitions to precede the procurement process.
∎ Sourcing for new vendor/suppliers from time to time.
∎ Ensure proper distribution of the Yarn.
∎ Execute all procurement process according to the capacity of store and inventory policy.
∎ Manage integrated Process among operations, Procurement, finance, logistics and others to ensure effective supply chain functions.
∎ Ensure Cost control through effective Inventory Management.
∎ Ensure proper management of Identifying & segregation of damaged / expired/ rejected/ redundant/ non-moving or unusable stock and managing their disposal in time.
∎ Ensure on time delivery of the yarn as required by the mill authority.
∎ Cost Variance analysis.
∎ Lead the team for effective management of Yarn procurement.
∎ To prepare & submit various kinds of reports as and when required.
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 07 Years of Practical Experience in respective field in any Company.
∎ Should have very good command over English.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Literacy.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
