Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily outlet operations and guest experience.
Manage floor staff, technicians, security, and cleaning staff.
Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
Monitor service quality, safety, and operational standards.
Review daily sales and cash closing reports.
Handle customer escalations and operational issues. Submit regular reports to senior management.
