As we continue to redefine the modern man's salon experience, we are seeking a highly articulate, commanding, and polished Customer Relations Manager for our Gulshan location. This role requires an extroverted professional who thrives in a high-end hospitality environment, seamlessly bridging the gap between our expert stylists, clinical aestheticians, and VIP clientele.
Job Responsibilities:
VIP Reception & Hospitality: Serve as the impeccably presented face of the brand, providing a warm, commanding, and sophisticated welcome to all guests while ensuring a flawless luxury experience from arrival to departure.
Service Consultation: Elegantly and accurately explain our comprehensive menu of precision styling and advanced clinical aesthetic services, guiding clients toward treatments tailored to their specific needs.
Bilingual Communication: Utilize flawless fluency in both Bangla and English to manage client interactions, incoming inquiries, and relationship-building with a diverse, elite customer base.
Front-Desk Operations: Oversee complex appointment scheduling, manage high-profile walk-in traffic efficiently, and coordinate seamlessly with the styling and aesthetics teams to maintain an organized and relaxing salon environment.
Client Relationship Management: Actively cultivate long-lasting relationships with VIP clients, handle feedback and special requests with absolute grace, and implement strategies to foster deep brand loyalty.
Brand Presentation: Ensure the reception and client waiting areas consistently reflect the immaculate, high-end visual standards of the brand at all times.
