Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Manager, Transport (Pool & Audit)”.

The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute systematic reviews of transport fleets, maintenance logs, and inventory of vehicle spare parts.

  • Review transport operations as per company regulations (e.g., driver OT, night allowance, delivery schedule, point of delivery, vehicle movement tracking)

  • Verify and analyze bills, vouchers, fuel consumption, and maintenance expenditures to ensure cost-effective operations

  • Ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently

  • Ensure servicing schedule of the vehicles are strictly followed.

  • Oversee renewal of Tax Token/Fitness/Insurance of all vehicles as well as registration works of new vehicle

  • Liaison with external agencies, including police, municipalities, corporations, and repair workshops, and coordinate with transport providers to ensure efficient vehicle management.

  • Prepare detailed analytical reports and audit documentation for management review purpose.
