Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to prevent & eliminate the process errors that may take place among the batches.
∎ Ensuring that all products are delivered to finishing with the highest standards of quality as per buyer standard.
∎ Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the washing operations, ensuring that all staff are trained and adhere to these procedures.
∎ Develop and implement the sustainability washing program (i.e., Reduction of chemical & water consumption, elimination of pumice stones from the production).
∎ Manage and oversee the work of Washing staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to meet the needs of our clients.
∎ Responsible to prepare daily production plan & execute it efficiently.
∎ Oversee the maintenance and repair of washing equipment, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and safely.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to increase the efficiency and profitability of the washing operations reducing the wet minutes, water & chemical consumption.
∎ Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations of buyer or internal protocols and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment for staff.
∎ Maintain neat & clean working environment following 5S standard.
∎ Maintain & execute various advanced washing operations like pre-ozone, wet ozone, smart-foam, e-flow, core etc
∎ Troubleshoot the various issues related to denim washing/dyeing like shade variation, tear, tensile, color fastness etc. issues.
∎ Manage the day-to-day operations.
∎ Any other task assigned by HOD laundry
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Should have knowledge in Social, Technical Audit .
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
