Responsibilities & Context:

SHARIF PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED, an ISO certified company, having state-of-the-art plant, is committed to serve the country as a leading pharmaceutical company. We are looking for following position-

  • Job Location: Factory (Barabo, Tarabo, Rupganj, Narayangonj)

Job Responsibilities

  • Store the right amount of materials, goods, and products in the right location to feed the business`s and production`s opera- tional demands

  • Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods, and products to feed business operations and customer demand

  • Lead the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance

  • Ensure storage of both raw materials and finished products are in full adherence with the prevailing best practice and GMP guidelines.

  • Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of both raw materials to production and finished goods to Distribution Teams

  • Drive a zero-tolerance mindset for deviation from the use of quality processes to ensure customer deliverables are met fully Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to raw materials and finished products in and out including

  • labeling of all stock items Continuously review ways to aid efficiency, add value and reduce costs as well as deliver continuous improvement initiatives

  • Establish, monitor, and maintain high standards of security in the warehouse by setting security procedures

  • Communicate with warehouse staff on a regular basis to make them aware of priorities, targets, and operational requirements

  • Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system

  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement

  • Develop and share warehouse scorecard on agreed timely intervals

  • Apply the principles of FEFO and/or FIFO as appropriate and familiar with ERP System

  • Having the ability to manage and execute DGDA (Directorate General of Drug Administration)

  • Bangladesh, audits successfully requires a comprehensive understanding of both local regulatory requirements and interna- tional best practices

  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, SOP and others regulatory compliance standards
