• Strong knowledge of electrical design, load calculation, and project drawing interpretation.

• Proven experience in handling HVAC, boiler, generator, compressor, WTP, and lift systems.

• Excellent understanding of BOQ preparation, material estimation, and project implementation.

• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other electrical design software will be an advantage.

• Good communication and reporting skills in both English and Bangla.

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Manager (Electrical) – Utility who will be responsible for all electrical design, utility maintenance, and related engineering works. The incumbent will ensure smooth operation of all electrical and utility systems, design and drawing accuracy, and timely execution of all assigned engineering projects.

• Prepare and review electrical design and drawings for new and existing projects.

• Estimate Bill of Quantity (BOQ) as per project and maintenance requirements.

• Prepare materials requisitions and ensure timely follow-up for in-house materials availability.

• Supervise and ensure work implementation as per approved drawing and standards.

• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of air conditioners, chillers, and HVAC systems.

• Follow up and manage boiler-related electrical and maintenance work.

• Ensure generator operation, synchronization, and all types of maintenance follow-up.

• Supervise and monitor compressor, WTP, and lift related electrical and mechanical maintenance.

• Coordinate and ensure audit-related electrical and utility documentation and compliance.

• Supervise and manage all types of fabrication work related to Matex Bangladesh Ltd.

• Ensure electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance are strictly followed.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
