∎ Preferred Professional Certification: RELEVENT AFFILICATIONS (Any of them) CACC ACCA CMA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop treasury reporting dashboards appropriate for various stakeholders and track KPI
∎ Monitor and establish company-wide treasury policies/internal controls
∎ Measuring and handling the treasury function ensuring sound working capital management
∎ Supervising the billing and recovery team to ensure efficient billing process as per prearranged formatted invoice
∎ Executed as a checker to verifying any kind of payment thought company's banking panel
∎ Confirming and monitoring of correct deduction for withholding tax and submission in regular basis
∎ Monitoring and guiding the recovery team in term of smooth collection to achieve targeted recovery amount
∎ Supervise the daily operational tasks of the credit and collections team
∎ Manage cash management functions including cash flow forecasting and analysis, preparation of the daily cash report, daily borrowings, and repayments
∎ Maintain strong communications with banks and other financial service providers such as Banks, and NBFIs, MFS for smooth transactional operation and debt financing
∎ Lead in identifying financial risk, developing complex mitigation strategies
∎ Lead the planning and execution of investment and borrowing strategies
∎ Oversee corporate debt facilities and ensure adherence to established treasury rules
∎ Manage account payables and receivables activities
∎ Develop financial goals and objectives for the team
∎ Develop financial policies and procedures for operational efficiency
∎ Develop and maintain financial statements for future reference
∎ Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered as per the standards set by the company
∎ Monitor and manage expenses within the established budget
∎ Maintain and monitor disbursement authorization and disbursement accounting procedures
∎ Reviewing credit applications and KYC vetting as well as align credit limits and days
∎ Help establish and maintain internal controls
∎ Also, Any matters as per management requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Strong knowledge of financial instruments, credit facilities and treasury best practices
∎ Knowledge of general treasury, forecasting, budgeting and relaxed accounting
∎ Strong financial modelling is important
∎ Proficient with MS Office Suite including strong Excel skills
∎ Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate
∎ Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
∎ Ability to drive results in a fast-paced/deadline-oriented environment
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Problem-solving and organizational skills
∎ Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
