Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering (Majored in Wet Process) from any reputed University with adequate knowledge in Planning, Production & Operation of Home Textile Products Manufacturing or Woven Fabrics Dyeing-Printing Industry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
dyeing and printing, Wet Processing, Wet Processing in Home Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization of a Home Textile Products Manufacturing Industry (Dyeing, Printing & Finishing Industry).
∎ To check whether all the functions related to production are being managed/maintained as per company's policies or not.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ To identify misuses in all production phases.
∎ To check daily production reports sent by the factories.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Compile different reports, Business presentation, summarize and submit to Chairman & MD as required.
∎ Carrying out specific projects and research from time to time.
∎ Prepare presentation materials on different issues and able to develop policies, procedures, manuals, SOPs etc. in English on different issues as and when required.
∎ Perform any other task assign by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years of experience in any Home Textile Products Manufacturing or Woven Fabrics Dyeing-Printing Industry.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka & Gazipur.
