Responsibilities & Context:
Regularly visit construction sites for project conversion and generate product demands.
Conduct product knowledge training to the team members, product briefing sessions to the clients, distributors necessary concerned.
Collaboration with engineering varsities for product development and R&D.
Arrange program with House Owners, Engineers, Mason as per requirements and approved schedule.
Maintain relationship with Engineer, Contractor and Mason and arrange regular meeting.
Maintain strong relationship with customers to achieve sustainable business growth and follow up with the participants on regular basis to increase sales volume.
Prepare district wise influencers database (Engineers, Planers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors).
Track & keep regular update with competitors information on influencer end.
Prepare comprehensive report, new plan, executions, strategic actions and update to the management.
