Job Context:
∎ This position is responsible to analyze the job of sample making on the basis of Tech Pack, Hit Rate/Rejection Rate, Trend practice analyze, Illustration , QCO, Capacity and Forecasting. Ensure sample with proper coordination with sample team. The role equally includes coordinating the work of line feeding, resource wise line standardization, line layout and machine set up guideline at shop floor as per PD work In progress (WIP) way forward.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor/ analyze the job of pattern making on the basis of Tech Pack, Hit Rate/Rejection Rate, Trend practice analyze, Illustration, Gerber Technology, Tuka Apparel solution, Capacity, Forecasting Deadline & SKU clarification through buyer/team/department/inter-department coordination/PP meeting
∎ Skill Development Program run for sample developer as per product requirement
∎ Monitor/ analyze of pattern making for sample & bulk production as per SKU classification of buyer Tech Pack
∎ Monitor/ analyze pattern making for costing to identify the consumption of R/M & Accessories
∎ Analyze pattern grading to establish the priority of pattern
∎ Analyze pattern adjustment in terms quality, style, size , color, R/M and accessories requirements which have an impact on change in technical requirements, costing, delivery date and follow up accordingly
∎ Ensure the confirmation in which samples are being matched with the original one through exercise of technical specification sheet/tech pack, artwork and design swatch
∎ In case of any nonconformity, comply the technical specification(s)/ tech pack requirements with coordination of PD until match through frequent check & balance method to get the same solved within Service Level Agreement (SLA) as per buyer requirement with an objective of earliest hit rate/decrease rejection rate
∎ Follow up - on time sample approval through real time coordination with product development, sample check & follow up and check pattern work
∎ Collaborate with cross functional team members to ensure full training and awareness of the pattern status, responsible to ensure 100% quality and lab testing of all elements of garments
∎ PD Technical Support to production floor to start the production and arrange training session for worker/ supervisor to make accustomed with Pattern/ Garment technology
∎ Staff Development & Coaching in line with department objectives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The job holder must have similar kind of experience of 2-3 years in supervisory position in a RMG industry. The job holder needs to have in-depth understanding on product development, sample, design & development, pattern, technical specifications, costing, IE, planning, machine operations and end to end technical process.
