Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters in CSE/ EEE from any well Reputed Foreign/ Bangladeshi university with specialization with networking and switching & Routing
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 years proven professional experience in related field
∎ MBA will be an added advantage
∎ Possession of Professional Certifications will be a key added advantage
∎ Reputed International Internet Gateway (IIG) company experience will be preferable
∎ Must be Tech savvy
∎ Skills Required: IIG /ISP

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting company technical vision and leading the company's technological development
∎ Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of IIG services
∎ Planning, design and implement the IIG & ISP Core, IP, Transmission project successfully
∎ Configuration and maintenance of Microtik routers (MIPSBE, SMIPS, TITLE, PPC, ARM and MMIPS)
∎ Configuration and maintenance of Cisco Devices (NEXUS, XR & XE IOS)
∎ Operation and maintenance of Server and systems (MRTG, CACTI, Libre)
∎ Coordination with upstream & downstream Clients and Vendors
∎ Handling high technical issues, up-gradation and installation
∎ Routing & Switching, Network Architecture, Network Planning & Optimizing
∎ Must be to capable to hire suitable employees for the organization
∎ Ensure training of all staffs of the Company
∎ Managing technical support to operations of the service providers along with vendor evaluation, equipment selection and network engineering
∎ Manage the deployment of strategic projects and large infrastructure deployment for the future growth of the company
∎ Identifying opportunities for IIG
∎ Collaborating with department heads, marketing, Admin and operations as an advisor of all technologies involved with the company
∎ Monitoring KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
∎ Reviewing timeframes and budgets
∎ Supervising workflow of technical department
∎ Maintenance Cisco Router, Mail server, DNS server, Proxy Server, Web Server, Broadband Gateway, Bandwidth Controller, Remote Access Server, MRTG server, all Broadband Connections
∎ Build IP Backbone function from scratch and manage day to day operation of core packet switched network
∎ Defining company standards for systems, equipment and software
∎ Sharing technological visions, opportunities, and risks company-wide
∎ Vast knowledge of the latest technology
∎ Excellent Communication Skills
∎ Problem Solving Attitude
∎ Leadership and organization abilities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IIG/ISP
∎ Should be aware about the current industry scenario and also have market information from reliable sources
∎ Good command in English & Bengali both spoken and written.
∎ Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
