Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors or Master's in CSE/ EEE/ETE/ECE or any other field from any well Reputed public or private university
∎ MBA will be treated as added advantage
∎ Possession of Professional Certifications will be a key added advantage
∎ Must be Tech savvy

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights
∎ Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
∎ Participates on a cross-functional team to develop new products following the process, including analyzing information to help set the sales forecast and financials and writing concept statements for consumer testing
∎ Analyzes consumer trends and information, and categories to help identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth to IIG customers ( ISP's )
∎ Coordination, Cooperation and empowering the segments with appropriate solutions
∎ Determine and manage the budget for marketing, business development and sales and deliver the same within the agreed budget
∎ Analyzes and provides consumer, category, and brand information to support channel marketing and sales in category management and sales presentations
∎ Works with channel marketing and sales to identify programming to generate incremental sales and/or profitability or value addition; such as BDIX, FTP, Gaming server etc
∎ Research competitors' products/services, work out the SWOT analysis
∎ Coordinate sales activities with other work units or departments
∎ Main operational contact for client enquiries liaising with the appropriate internal partners

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 8 to 10 years proven professional experience in related field is preferable
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IIG,ISP,Telecom,Software
∎ Good command in English & Bengali both spoken and written
∎ Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
∎ Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel & other relevant programs, Internet browsing, etc.
