Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the entire technical process of jacket and outerwear manufacturing, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards.
∎ Lead and manage the technical team, including pattern makers, sample makers, and production technicians.
∎ Develop and implement manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and minimize defects.
∎ Ensure proper fit, construction, and finishing of jackets and outerwear according to brand specifications.
∎ Collaborate with the design, merchandising, and production teams to achieve product excellence.
∎ Identify and resolve technical issues in pattern making, fabric cutting, sewing, and finishing.
∎ Conduct regular technical training for factory staff to improve skills and efficiency.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards, buyer requirements, and sustainability regulations.
